Texas High School Basketball - Community trounces Coram Deo Academy
December 18, 2023: Nevada, TX 75173 The Community Braves (Nevada, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Coram Deo Academy Lions (Plano, TX), 59-20 in Monday's non-league test.
The Braves (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Wills Point (Wills Point, TX). The Tigers go into the 4A Region II District 14 test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, Wills Point was trounced by Kaufman (Kaufman, TX), 39-27, in a league test.
The Lions now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Coram Deo Academy for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 20. Coram Deo Academy will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 50-46 non-league win over Brazos Christian (Bryan, TX). The Lions record now stands at 11-6.
