Ohio High School Basketball - Elgin can't hold off Northmor

The Northmor Golden Knights basketball team scored 42 points and held the host Elgin Comets to 35 in the Golden Knights non-league triumph on Monday.

The Golden Knights now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Danville for a Knox Morrow contest on Wednesday, December 20. Northmor will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 60-54 league win over Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-2.

The Comets (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Genoa Christian Academy (Westerville, OH). The enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Genoa Christian Academy nudged Madison Christian (Groveport, OH), 45-32, in a non-league contest.
