The Lincoln Golden Bears basketball team scored 25 points and restricted the visiting Gaston Bulldogs to 24 in the Golden Bears non-league victory on Monday.

The Golden Bears now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glencoe for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Lincoln will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 42-33 league win over Hokes Bluff (Hokes Bluff, AL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-5.

The Bulldogs (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Coosa Christian (Gadsden, AL). The Conquerors come into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record.
