Miami Valley Christian Academy Lions (Cincinnati, OH) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Georgetown G-Men (Georgetown, OH), 43-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Miami Valley Christian Academy upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Lockland (Lockland, OH) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Lockland won 33-23 in their recent non-league bout against Shroder Paideia Academy (Cincinnati, OH)

Next up, the G-Men play the Eastern Warriors (Sardinia, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Georgetown will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 35-29 league win over Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington (Ripley, OH).
