December 18, 2023: Hallandale, FL 33009 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Piper Bengals (Sunrise, FL) and the host Hallandale Chargers (Hallandale, FL), saw Piper's basketball squad wallop Hallandale by a tally of 59-10.
With the victory, Piper improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Boyd Anderson (Lauderdale Lakes, FL) to confront the Cobras in a 6A District 14 challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Cobras come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Boyd Anderson won 48-15 in their recent non-league challenge against Coral Glades (Coral Springs, FL)
Next up, the Chargers confront the Cypress Bay Lightning (Weston, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Hallandale will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Lightning come into the challenge with a 8-0 record after their 55-11 non-league win over Monarch (Coconut Creek, FL).
