Louisiana High School Basketball - Thibodaux tipped by Ponchatoula
December 18, 2023: Thibodaux, LA 70301 The Ponchatoula Green Wave basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Thibodaux Tigers to 52 in the Green Wave non-league triumph on Monday.
The Green Wave now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Lafourche for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Ponchatoula will meet a Tarpons team coming off a 45-40 non-league loss to Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA). The Tarpons record now stands at 6-10.
The Tigers (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA). The Green Devils enter the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Plaquemine nudged South Lafourche (Galliano, LA), 45-40, in a non-league contest.
