South Dakota High School Basketball - Richland ripped by Sisseton
December 18, 2023: Sisseton, SD 57262 The Sisseton Redmen basketball team scored 100 points and held the visiting Richland Colts to 12 in the Redmen non-league triumph on Monday.
The Redmen now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Redfield for a A Region 1 contest on Tuesday, December 19. Sisseton will meet a Pheasants team coming off a 54-28 non-league win over Aberdeen Christian (Aberdeen, SD). The Pheasants record now stands at 2-2.
The Colts (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hankinson (Hankinson, ND). The Pirates enter the B District 1 contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Hankinson triumphed over Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] (Rogers, ND), 51-31, in a league contest.
