December 18, 2023: Winder, GA 30680 In Monday's non-league outing, the Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) basketball squad felled the host Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs (Winder, GA), by a margin of 51-36.
The Warriors (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Madison County (Danielsville, GA). The Red Raiders go into the AAAA Region 8 outing with a 6-5 record.
The Bulldoggs now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cass for a non-league match on Thursday, December 21. Winder-Barrow will meet a Colonels team coming off a 54-49 non-league loss to Paulding County (Dallas, GA). The Colonels record now stands at 6-3.
