South Carolina High School Basketball - James Island nips Goose Creek
December 18, 2023: Goose Creek, SC 29445 James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Goose Creek Gators (Goose Creek, SC), 21-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, James Island upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Trojans host Worthington Christian (Worthington, OH) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Gators play the Academic Magnet Raptors (North Charleston, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Goose Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
