December 18, 2023: Colorado Springs, CO 80911 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Widefield Gladiators (Colorado Springs, CO) and the visiting Sierra Stallions (Colorado Springs, CO), saw Widefield's basketball squad wallop Sierra by a tally of 44-21.
With the victory, Widefield improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Red-Tailed Hawks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The Red-Tailed Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Stallions play the Pueblo South Colts (Pueblo, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Sierra will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
