North Carolina High School Basketball - Lee County ripped by Franklinton
December 18, 2023: Sanford, NC 27330 The Franklinton Rams basketball team scored 84 points and held the host Lee County Yellow Jackets to 52 in the Rams non-league triumph on Monday.
The Rams now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Pitt for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. Franklinton will battle a Panthers team coming off a 52-38 non-league loss to Greene Central (Snow Hill, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 3-2.
The Yellow Jackets (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Western Alamance triumphed over Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC), 55-38, in a non-league contest.
