California High School Soccer - Grant nudges Franklin

Grant Pacers (Sacramento, CA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pacers confront the Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 20. Grant will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Fighting Zebras enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA).

The Wildcats now possess a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league challenge on Friday, December 22. Franklin will confront a Trojans team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Edison (Stockton, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-3.
