Nevada High School Basketball - Liberty knocks off American Fork

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Liberty Patriots basketball team scored a good 56-48 win over the American Fork Cavemen.

The Patriots (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Boulder Creek defeated Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ), 71-36, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Cavemen battle the Modesto Christian Crusaders (Modesto, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 19. American Fork will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Crusaders come into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 80-70 non-league loss to Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA).
