December 18, 2024: Ellwood City, PA 16117 The Beaver Bobcats (Beaver, PA) basketball crushed the host Riverside Panthers (Ellwood City, PA), 72-42 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Central Valley for a WPIAL 4A 2 bout on Friday, December 20. Beaver will play a Warriors team coming off a 72-29 non-league win over Southmoreland (Alverton, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Riverside falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Beaver Falls (Beaver Falls, PA) to play the Tigers in a WPIAL 3A 1 bout on Friday, December 20.
