December 18, 2024: Bethesda, MD 20814 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Springbrook Blue Devils (Silver Spring, MD) and the host Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD), observed Springbrook's basketball team overcome Bethesda-Chevy Chase by a margin of 86-74.
The Blue Devils (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD). The Panthers come into the Montgomery 4A/3A Central challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Paint Branch defeated Northwood (Silver Spring, MD), 88-47, in a non-league challenge.
