California High School Basketball - Cimarron-Memorial nips Birmingham

December 18, 2024: Lake Balboa, CA 91406

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Cimarron-Memorial Spartans basketball team scored a close 66-64 win over the Birmingham Patriots.

The Spartans (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO). The Buffaloes come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Smoky Hill edged Legend (Parker, CO), 78-74, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Bellflower Buccaneers (Bellflower, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 19. Birmingham will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Buccaneers come into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 60-56 non-league loss to Mayfair (Lakewood, CA).
