Unity Christian Academy Phoenix (South Holland, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Grant Park Dragons (Grant Park, IL), 60-40 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Unity Christian Academy upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Phoenix travel to MCC (Morton Grove, IL) to face the Crescents in a Metro Prep match on Friday, December 20. The Crescents enter the match with a record of 4-4. MCC lost 45-42 in their recent non-league match against Northside (Chicago, IL)

The Dragons now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Momence for a River Valley match on Friday, December 20. Grant Park will face a Momence Athletics squad coming off a 53-41 non-league loss to Wilmington (Wilmington, IL). The Momence Athletics record now stands at 5-3.
