In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host West Branch Warriors basketball team scored a close 30-24 triumph over the Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers.

The Warriors (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA). The Hornets go into the contest with a 0-0 record.
