December 18, 2024: Richmond, VA 23223 The James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA) basketball crushed the host Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA), 75-43 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Yellow Jackets now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern View for a Battlefield bout on Friday, December 20. James Monroe will play a Cyclones team coming off a 65-35 non-league loss to Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Cyclones record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Armstrong falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Petersburg (Petersburg, VA) to play the Crimson Wave in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 19.
