Michigan High School Basketball - Constantine holds off Mendon
December 18, 2024: Constantine, MI 49042 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Constantine Falcons basketball team scored a close 36-30 triumph over the Mendon Hornets.
The Falcons (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Kalamazoo Christian (Kalamazoo, MI). The Comets go into the Southwestern - Valley contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Kalamazoo Christian nipped Plainwell (Plainwell, MI), 49-22, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hornets confront the St. Philip Catholic Central Fighting Tigers (Battle Creek, MI) in a Southern Central contest, on Friday, December 20. Mendon will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Fighting Tigers go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 63-27 non-league loss to Hackett Catholic Prep (Kalamazoo, MI).
