In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Washington Township Minutemen basketball team scored a good 48-36 triumph over the Delsea Crusaders.

The Minutemen (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ). The Dragons go into the Tri-County - Royal contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Kingsway topped Triton (Runnemede, NJ), 64-44, in a non-league contest.
