December 18, 2024: New Oxford, PA 17350 New Oxford Colonials (New Oxford, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Spring Grove Rockets (Spring Grove, PA), 53-24 in a non-league match.
With the victory, New Oxford upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Colonials travel to York Suburban (York, PA) to face the Trojans in a non-league match on Friday, December 27. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 5-1.
The Rockets now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastern York for a York-Adams 2 match on Friday, December 20. Spring Grove will face a Golden Knights squad coming off a 38-31 non-league loss to Schuylkill Valley (Leesport, PA). The Golden Knights record now stands at 2-4.
