The Madison Central Indians (Richmond, KY) basketball were winner over the visiting Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY), 61-51 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Indians now possess a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Fairdale for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 20. Madison Central will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 85-66 non-league win over Larue County (Hodgenville, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Trinity falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Shamrocks travel to Lima Senior (Lima, OH) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league test on Saturday, December 27. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 5-0. Lima Senior won 75-36 in their recent league test against Rogers (Toledo, OH)
