The Prairie Mustangs defeated the host Sedgwick County Cougars basketball squad by a final score of 38-30 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Holyoke Dragons (Holyoke, CO) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 19. Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Dragons come into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 56-39 non-league win over Akron (Akron, CO).
