Maryland High School Basketball - Blake thwarts Blair
December 19, 2022: Silver Spring, MD 20905 The Blake Bengals (Silver Spring, MD) basketball knocked off the visiting Blair Blazers (Silver Spring, MD), 76-60 in Monday's league test.
The Bengals (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD). The Panthers go into the Montgomery 4A East test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Paint Branch went down by Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD), 67-46, in a league test.
The Blazers now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Einstein for a Montgomery 4A South test on Wednesday, December 21. Blair will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 70-34 league win over Northwood (Silver Spring, MD). The Titans record now stands at 1-2.
