Wisconsin High School Basketball - River Valley topped by Brodhead
December 19, 2022: Brodhead, WI 53520 The Brodhead Cardinals basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting River Valley Blackhawks to 54 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Monday.
The Cardinals now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Poynette for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. Brodhead will battle a Pumas team coming off a 67-50 non-league loss to Marshall (Marshall, WI). The Pumas record now stands at 1-5.
The Blackhawks (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lodi (Lodi, WI). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Lodi prevailed over Amherst (Amherst, WI), 45-35, in a non-league contest.
