New Jersey High School Basketball - North Hunterdon overwhelms Steinert
December 19, 2022: Annandale, NJ 08801 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the North Hunterdon Lions (Annandale, NJ) and the visiting Steinert Spartans (Hamilton, NJ), saw North Hunterdon's basketball squad wallop Steinert by a tally of 74-37.
With the victory, North Hunterdon improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Somerville (Somerville, NJ) to play the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Somerville won 59-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ)
Next up, the Spartans play the Hamilton Hornets (Hamilton, NJ) in a Colonial Valley challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Steinert will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 64-55 non-league win over Montgomery (Skillman, NJ).
