Washington High School Basketball - West Ranch overwhelms Rainier Beach
December 19, 2022: Seattle, WA 98118 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the West Ranch Wildcats (Valencia, CA) and the host Rainier Beach Vikings (Seattle, WA), saw West Ranch's basketball squad wallop Rainier Beach by a tally of 60-38.
With the victory, West Ranch improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Kell (Marietta, GA) to play the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 9-0. Kell won 69-68 in their recent non-league challenge against Liberty (Henderson, NV)
Next up, the Vikings play the Garfield Bulldogs (Seattle, WA) in a 3A Metro challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Rainier Beach will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 82-63 league win over Seattle Prep (Seattle, WA).
