Louisiana High School Basketball - Sulphur tops Vidor
December 19, 2022: Sulphur, LA 70663 Sulphur Golden Tors (Sulphur, LA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Vidor Pirates (Vidor, TX), 64-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Sulphur upgrades its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Golden Tors travel to Westlake (Westlake, LA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 2-5. Westlake won 58-49 in their recent non-league bout against Midland (Midland, LA)
Next up, the Pirates play the Hardin Hornets (Hardin, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Vidor will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 44-41 non-league win over Broaddus (Broaddus, TX).
