Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) and the visiting Miller Falcons (Corning, OH), saw Point Pleasant's basketball squad overcome Miller by a tally of 40-26.

With the victory, Point Pleasant improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Big Blacks travel to Southern (Racine, OH) to play the Tornadoes in a Tri-Valley - Hocking challenge on Thursday, December 22. The Tornadoes come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Southern lost 60-38 in their recent league challenge against Federal Hocking (Stewart, OH)

Next up, the Falcons play the Harvest Prep Warriors (Canal Winchester, OH) in a Mid-State - Cardinal challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Miller will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 61-8 league win over Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH).
