The Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors basketball team (Damascus, GA), was routed 75-54 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Monroe Golden Tornadoes (Albany, GA)

The Golden Tornadoes now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deerfield-Windsor for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 20. Monroe will battle a Knights team coming off a 63-34 non-league win over Fitzgerald (Fitzgerald, GA). The Knights record now stands at 5-0.

The Warriors (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Worth County (Sylvester, GA). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Worth County trounced Westwood (Camilla, GA), 43-37, in a non-league battle.
