Maine High School Basketball - South Portland topped by Falmouth
December 19, 2023: South Portland, ME 04106 The Falmouth Navigators basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host South Portland Red Riots to 50 in the Navigators non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Navigators now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gorham for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Falmouth will battle a Rams team coming off a 76-42 non-league win over Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rams record now stands at 2-1.
The Red Riots (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Portland (Portland, ME). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Portland was defeated by Cheverus (Portland, ME), 49-45, in a league contest.
