Minnesota High School Basketball - Harding can't hold off Fridley
December 19, 2023: Fridley, MN 55432 The Fridley Tigers basketball team scored 84 points and held the visiting Harding Knights to 77 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anoka for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Fridley will battle a Tornadoes team coming off a 85-84 non-league win over Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN). The Tornadoes record now stands at 4-2.
The Knights (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Agnes (St. Paul, MN). The Aggies enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, St. Agnes nudged Cristo Rey Jesuit (Minneapolis, MN), 70-46, in a non-league contest.
