Alabama High School Basketball - Hillcrest knocked off by McGill-Toolen
December 19, 2023: Mobile, AL 36604 The McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Hillcrest Patriots to 46 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hewitt-Trussville for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. McGill-Toolen will battle a Huskies team coming off a 43-32 non-league win over Theodore (Theodore, AL). The Huskies record now stands at 10-5.
The Patriots (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Theodore (Theodore, AL). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Theodore was defeated by Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL), 43-32, in a non-league contest.
