Minnesota High School Basketball - Johnson can't hold off St. Cloud Tech
December 19, 2023: St. Paul, MN 55106 The St. Cloud Tech Tigers basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Johnson Governors to 64 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbia Heights for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. St. Cloud Tech will battle a Hylanders team coming off a 94-61 non-league win over Hiawatha Collegiate (Minneapolis, MN). The Hylanders record now stands at 4-0.
The Governors (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Maranatha Christian Academy (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Maranatha Christian Academy edged Edison (Minneapolis, MN), 86-56, in a non-league contest.
