Wisconsin High School Basketball - Waupun can't hold off New London
December 19, 2023: Waupun, WI 53963 The New London Bulldogs basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Waupun Warriors to 48 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Classical for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. New London will battle a Purples team coming off a 74-41 league win over North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI). The Purples record now stands at 3-0.
The Warriors (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ripon (Ripon, WI). The Tigers enter the East Central contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Ripon was nudged by Chilton (Chilton, WI), 79-54, in a non-league contest.
