December 19, 2023: Walthill, NE 68067 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Walthill Blujays (Walthill, NE) and the visiting Omaha Christian Academy Eagles (Omaha, NE), saw Walthill's basketball squad wallop Omaha Christian Academy by a tally of 83-45.
With the victory, Walthill improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Blujays travel to Wakefield (Wakefield, NE) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 3-5.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Heartland Christian (Council Bluffs, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Omaha Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 74-49 non-league loss to Griswold (Griswold, IA).
