Nevada High School Basketball - Shadow Ridge holds off Coronado
December 19, 2023: Henderson, NV 89052 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) and the host Coronado Cougars (Henderson, NV), saw Shadow Ridge's basketball squad hold off Coronado by a tally of 54-51.
With the victory, Shadow Ridge improves its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Gaels in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The Gaels come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Bishop Gorman won 63-60 in their recent non-league challenge against Alta (Sandy, UT)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Mojave Rattlers (North Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Coronado will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
