December 19, 2023: East Lyme, CT 06333 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Amistad Wolves (New Haven, CT) and the host East Lyme Vikings (East Lyme, CT), saw Amistad's basketball squad hold off East Lyme by a tally of 45-41.
With the victory, Amistad improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Bethel (Bethel, CT) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Bethel won 59-49 in their recent league challenge against Stratford (Stratford, CT)
Next up, the Vikings confront the New London Whalers (New London, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut - 1 challenge, on Friday, December 22. East Lyme will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
