Michigan High School Basketball - Beal City nips Ithaca
December 19, 2023: Ithaca, MI 48847 Beal City Aggies (Mt. Pleasant, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI), 39-36 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Beal City upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Aggies travel to Central Montcalm (Stanton, MI) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Central Montcalm won 61-34 in their recent league bout against Tri County Area (Howard City, MI)
Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Fulton Pirates (Middleton, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Ithaca will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
