The Union Knights (La Porte City, IA) basketball crushed the visiting East Marshall Mustangs (Le Grand, IA), 51-16 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Knights (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Aplington-Parkersburg was trounced by Grundy Center (Grundy Center, IA), 49-40, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to BCLUW for a North Iowa Cedar - West test on Thursday, December 21. East Marshall will encounter a Comets squad coming off a 59-41 non-league win over Janesville (Janesville, IA). The Comets record now stands at 6-4.
