Washington High School Basketball - Yakama Nation Tribal fells Taholah
December 19, 2023: Toppenish, WA 98948 Yakama Nation Tribal Eagles (Toppenish, WA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Taholah Chitwhins (Taholah, WA), 51-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Yakama Nation Tribal upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Eagles host River View (Kennewick, WA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. River View lost 58-27 in their recent non-league bout against Kiona-Benton (Benton City, WA)
Next up, the Chitwhins clash with the Wellpinit Redskins (Wellpinit, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Taholah will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Redskins go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 73-56 league loss to Wilbur-Creston-Keller (Creston, WA).
