Maryland High School Basketball - Patterson knocked off by Dunbar
December 19, 2023: Baltimore, MD 21224 The Dunbar Poets basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Patterson Clippers to 39 in the Poets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Poets now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Edmondson-Westside for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Dunbar will battle a Red Storm team coming off a 77-65 non-league win over City College (Baltimore, MD). The Red Storm record now stands at 4-0.
The Clippers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against City College (Baltimore, MD). The Black Knights enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, City College was defeated by Edmondson-Westside (Baltimore, MD), 77-65, in a non-league contest.
