December 19, 2023: High Point, NC 27262 The Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Metrolina Christian Academy Warriors (Indian Trail, NC), 63-53 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Trojans (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC). The Buccaneers go into the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Charlotte Country Day School went down by Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC), 57-51, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Concord Academy for a test on Tuesday, January 2. Metrolina Christian Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 73-49 league loss to Gaston Day (Gastonia, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
