Arizona High School Basketball - Tonopah Valley crushes Salome
December 19, 2023: Tonopah, AZ 85354 Tonopah Valley Phoenix (Tonopah, AZ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Salome Frogs (Salome, AZ), 58-28 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Tonopah Valley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Phoenix travel to Odyssey Institute (Buckeye, AZ) to confront the Minotaur in a challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Minotaur come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Frogs confront the River Valley Dust Devils (Mohave Valley, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 26. Salome will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
