Florida High School Soccer - Dr. Phillips knocks off Wekiva
December 19, 2023: Orlando, FL 32819 Dr. Phillips Panthers (Orlando, FL) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Wekiva Mustangs (Apopka, FL), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers face the Olympia Titans (Orlando, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 12. Dr. Phillips will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Windermere (Windermere, FL).
The Mustangs now have a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host West Orange for a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. Wekiva will face a Warriors team coming off a 1-1 non-league Lake Buena Vista (Orlando, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
