New Jersey High School Basketball - Beloved Community Charter knocks off University Academy Charter
December 19, 2024: Jersey City, NJ 07302 In Thursday's league contest, the host Beloved Community Charter Owls basketball team scored a good 47-34 win over the University Academy Charter Generals.
The Owls (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Pioneer Academy (Wayne, NJ). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Pioneer Academy was topped by Teaneck (Teaneck, NJ), 62-37, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Generals battle the St. Joseph Falcons (Metuchen, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 23. University Academy Charter will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 61-47 non-league loss to Montgomery (Skillman, NJ).
