Idaho High School Basketball - Borah holds off Hillcrest

The Borah Lions basketball team scored 36 points and limited the visiting Hillcrest Knights to 34 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Preston for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Borah will confront a Indians team coming off a 90-52 non-league win over Blackfoot (Blackfoot, ID). The Indians record now stands at 6-0.

With the loss, Hillcrest falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV) to confront the Spartans in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 4-1. Spring Creek won 62-35 in their recent non-league game against Wooster (Reno, NV)
