Delaware High School Basketball - Chichester holds off Brandywine
December 19, 2024: Wilmington, DE 19803 The Chichester Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Brandywine Bulldogs to 57 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Springfield for a non-league game on Monday, December 23. Chichester will confront a Cougars team coming off a 50-35 league win over Radnor (Radnor, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Brandywine falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE) to confront the Auks in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. The Auks go into the game with a record of 2-0.
