Missouri High School Basketball - Crystal City trounced by Valley
December 19, 2024: Caledonia, MO 63631 Valley Vikings (Caledonia, MO) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Crystal City Hornets (Crystal City, MO), 65-41 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Valley advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Vikings travel to Bismarck (Bismarck, MO) to face the Indians in a Mineral Area - Small match on Monday, January 13. The Indians enter the match with a record of 2-5.
The Hornets now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Farmington for a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. Crystal City will face a Knights squad coming off a 72-62 non-league win over Central (Cape Girardeau, MO). The Knights record now stands at 6-0.
